Q. What is Seamless Siding?

A.   It is siding that is designed to typically seal out rain, wind, and insects with the continuous lengths up to 40’ long.

 

Q. What is Polymer Vinyl Siding?

A.   Siding that is made of polypropylene resin which can be colored and molded to look like natural materials, giving it a more pleasant appearance.

 

Q. Do we install insulation behind the siding?

A.   Midwest Seamless uses a form fit insulation behind all our siding projects, and optional house wrap if desired.

 

Q. Do we replace rotten wood?

A.   Yes, we always remove and replace all rotten wood

 

Q. How much can I expect it to cost?

A.   One of the biggest benefits with vinyl siding is that it’s the most affordable siding material on the market.  Re-siding your house adds a significant amount of resale value to your home.  It will enhance the property curb appeal and will help with energy cost.

 

Q. What is the thickness or mil of seamless vinyl?

A.   The seamless panels are .048 thick which is considered a premium grade by the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard.  This adds to the panel’s overall rigidity.

 

Q. Does the siding require any maintenance?

A.   No, the panels never need painting or staining, because it will never chip, peel, dent, or rot.

To maintain the new appearance, just rinse with a garden hose occasionally.

 

Q. What is the warranty for Seamless Vinyl Siding?

A.   We offer a Transferable Lifetime Limited Warranty, Non-Prorated Including Hail and Fade Protection
